The video below, taken in the Canadian Rocky Mountains has gone viral - and attracting visitors to the region as a result.

What goes on when you're not there

Ever wonder what bears do when no one is looking? Canada's Alberta Parks officials caught several bears on camera scratching a ‘rub tree’ in the Canadian Rocky Mountain Provincial Park Kananaskis Country in spring 2013.

The images were captured with a remote wildlife camera as various species of bears visited a ‘communications’ or ‘rub tree’. Wildlife experts say bears scratch themselves against the ‘rub tree’ leaving a scent as a form of communication to other bears and animals. The images are being collected as part of a collaborative study looking at multi-species habitat use within Alberta’s mountainous landscape.

In addition to various wildlife species, millions of people travel to the Canadian Rockies and Kananaskis Country each year. For more information about travel to Alberta, Canada please visit: Alberta

New York Guide Book

Forget your Lonely Planet, or Rough Guide have a look at what the author of a 1920's guide book to New York thought would interest tourists!

Some examples include:

Don't take the recommendation of strangers regarding hotels... Don't get too friendly with plausible strangers.

Don't gape at women smoking cigarettes in restaurants. They are harmless and respectable. They are also "smart."

Don't forget to tip. Tip early and tip often.

Paris and New York

Below is a VERY creative video produced for British Airways. A comparison between New York and Paris. Apart form the French connection to the Statue of Liberty this editor had not thought the cities had any other similarity.
